The woman can be seen tucking into her breakfast while behind the wheel of the luxury red Land Rover Discovery as she makes her way through traffic in Hampton Court, west London.
She was spotted by experienced cyclist David Williams who drew up alongside her while wearing a headcam and remonstrated with her to put the dish down. But the unidentified motorist ignored his pleas and simply gestured to queuing traffic ahead of her. The cyclist has handed the footage over to Surrey Police who say they are investigating.
