23-year-old Timothy Marshall, a legally blind man in Liverpool, was arrested Friday, July 3, 2015 and sentenced to 16 months after using significant magnification to view, download and distribute illegal images of children.
He admitted downloading 819 files and distributing 372 of them between 2012 and 2014. Police raided his home in Wallasey Merseyside in April last year when his attempts to send images on Skype were uncovered.
Marshall was handed a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order and told to sign on the Sex Offenders Register for a decade.
